Alice volunteered at AAL for work experience during her A Levels and then joined the company as a Trainee Archaeologist in 2016. Alice worked with the company until 2018 before leaving to attend the University of Leicester to study Archaeology BSc. During this time she worked on the Bradgate Park, Castle Hill, and Irchester field school excavations in 2019 and 2021 respectively. Upon finishing University in 2021, Alice returned to Allen Archaeology as a Project Archaeologist.
