Dominika joined the company as a trainee in 2015. She graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a degree in Archaeology and later undertook Masters studies in Egyptology, at the University of Birmingham.

Before she started working at AAL, she worked on sites in Poland, Scotland, Germany and Italy. In 2018 she took a brief break from commercial archaeology, to dig at an Old Kingdom site in Egypt.
